This was a very unique property and super charming. The bed was very comfortable and the staff accommodating. Love the library bar and the coffee shop. Bathroom was very spacious and room was clean. I will absolutely be staying here again next time I’m in Hartford!

Best boutique hotel in Hartford CT. My wife and I have always enjoyed staying at the Goodwin Hotel because of their attention to detail and excellent service. The staff is always accommodating and ready to assist in anyway. We recently traveled to Ct. and again stayed at the Goodwin. We had to make a last minute change during Labor Day weekend and visited the front desk. We’d like to recognize and give a big THANK YOU to Marisol who assisted us with our dilemma. She was very professional and courteous in assisting with our changes. In closing I’d like to say this is clearly why we always choose to stay at this beautiful boutique Hotel!

Why stay in a chain hotel when you can stay in comfort in a classic?! We were just one night due to attending a play right around the corner. Room was beautiful with candles in the fireplace, super comfy bed, spacious bathroom and superb cleanliness. All staff members were gracious and helpful. We would not stay anywhere else in downtown Hartford.
